We will hold any vacant property for a two (2) week period! The following pay schedule applies: (two separate cashier checks or money orders should be made payable to 1st Choice Property Management)

1) Application Fee: $150.00 None-Refundable!

2) Holding Fee: $500.00 This will be applied toward your security deposit.

Total $650.00 Please submit along with your application.

All Security Deposits are $100.00 MORE than monthly rent. Example: Rent is 950.00, so Security Deposit total is $1,050.00.

Balance of Security Deposit along with first months rent is due upon lease signature and move-in.
