Welcome to your beautifully decorated and fully equipped, Italian inspired, luxury home in gated Colonial Shores. With over 2600 square feet of living space this is the perfect home for entertaining any group. Sleeps up to 10 people!

Entering the home, the floor plan unfolds into the spacious great room, kitchen and dining area. Picture a wall-length set of sliding glass doors that give you an expansive view of the lanai, perfect for some outdoor R&R and grilling on the new gas BBQ. The living room has a large 42 inch plasma TV with cable, DVD player, and a stereo system.

Relax in the master bedroom suite with an attached master bath. Bathroom includes two vanities, double sinks, granite counter tops, a large walk-in tiled shower and soaking tub. There are two huge walk in closets and a private door to the lanai. The master bedroom has its own TV for your privacy.

There are two additional bedrooms and a den/office. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a fun trundle twin bed and a set of bunk beds (lower is a full bed, upper is a twin bed). Additionally there is a pack and play for your littlest guest. The den includes a pull-out couch and fully stocked home office including a computer, printer, fax, scanner, copier and a docking station for your I-pod. There is also a phone for your use.

Enjoy cooking in an all new gourmet kitchen with granite counters, cherry colored cabinets, brand new stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. This kitchen has been fully stocked with all your cooking and entertaining needs.

Park your cars and store your extra belongings in the 2 car garage. Separate entry from the garage leads into a utility room with full sized washer, dryer and large sink.

Enjoy the amenities of private Colonial Shores which features a clubhouse with 40' heated lap pool, a fitness center, picnic area and playground.
